Oswald Wondertainment

This is a finalized design for a fantasy character based on an SCP creature named Dr. Wondertainment (https://scp-wiki.wikidot.com/dr-wondertainment-hub for more info) from a character design course I took. This course helped me to figure out issues I had in regards to creating unique character designs such as color schemes, proportions, turnarounds, alternate renditions, backstory, and personality. This character is a mad scientist-like toymaker whose inventions cause great harm to kids, though he doesn't do this intentionally. I took some slight inspiration, in terms of personality and clothing design, from Disney Channel Gravity Falls's Bill Cipher, both Johnny Depp's and Gene Wilder's Willy Wonka, and Walt Disney.
